Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using PrepRankUp (Platform), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Credits are virtual currency used to access AI analysis features.
• Credits purchased through subscriptions expire monthly.
• Credits purchased as top-ups expire after 12 months from purchase date.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If an AI analysis fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be automatically refunded.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to access the Platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our content or AI analysis
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload our systems

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

• All content, mock tests, AI analysis, and the 45-label question system are owned by PrepRankUp.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
• You retain ownership of your personal data (mock test answers, performance data).

• Our AI provides insights and analysis to help you improve. It does not guarantee exam success or specific score improvements.
• Results depend on your individual effort and application of insights.
• PrepRankUp is not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, or any government examination authority.

• We provide the Platform as is without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 3 months.

• Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited (no refunds).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
